DOVER-FOXCROFT - A cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) basic life support Heartsaver course will be offered Wednesday, July 10, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. in Suite 400 at the Medical Office Building on the Mayo Regional Hospital campus. The course is sponsored by Heartwise, Mayo's cardiac rehabilitation program, and is taught according to American Heart Association standards. The instructor will be Mel Thurlow, a paramedic with Mayo EMS. The registration fee is $30 for new trainees, including book cost, and $20 for recertifications.
