GUILFORD - The Kiwanis Club of the Guilford Area will sponsor a Christmas Program for children of the SAD #4 school district who may be less fortunate than others. The club has compiled a list of over a hundred children who will benefit from this program. Toys and children's clothing as well as monetary donations may be sent to the Kiwanis Club of the Guilford Area, P.O. Box 125, Guilford, ME 04443. There will be angel trees set up at the Guilford branch of the Dexter Regional Federal Credit Union, Key Bank of Guilford and Guilford Rite Aid Pharmacy. The trees consist of cut out angels with a child's age, sex and what they would most like for Christmas. The deadline for donations is Saturday, December 14th.
