Notice of Request for Proposal (RFP) For Contractual Services
The Town of Dexter is seeking to privatize responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the Dexter Municipal Golf Course. Under the terms of the proposal the Town intends to contract with a business firm, group, or individual to assume responsibility for the management, operation, and maintenance of Dexter's nine-hole municipal golf course. Details concerning compensation options, term of contract, operating concepts, use of existing equipment, and insurance responsibilities, and special conditions are outlined in a Golf Course RFP Information Package which is available through the Dexter Town Office. In order to be considered, all proposals must be submitted in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP instructions. Proposals must be received by the Dexter Town Office no later than 4:00 PM, Wednesday, February 11, 2004, and will be opened at that time. Submissions should be clearly marked "Golf Course Proposal Enclosed". A final decision on proposal selection will be made by the Dexter Town Council at their February 12th meeting.
